The rooftop is a real highlight, with a lovely view of the Alcazar and the area around Toledo. You can cook and eat up there with the kitchen appliances and cutlery provided, though the terrace closes after 23:00. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Our room and bathroom felt a bit tight. The bunk beds squeaked a lot and had come loose from the wall. The screws were fully exposed on the wall side, so you could hurt yourself if you weren't careful.

The women working there were so kind and helpful. The woman at reception was especially friendly. I didn't get her name, but she's slim and has partly dyed blonde hair. Many thanks to her! The hostel is pretty central. Monday night was super quiet, though on Tuesday some vans went past. I had a good stay in Toledo, and this hostel was another reason I like the town. My four-person room was cozy and quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated but comfortable enough, and the shower was good. The drawers were really heavy and noisy to open, and some of the lights above the bed were half broken.

Great spot and the woman at reception was very kind and helpful. The room was decent for the price. Just remember to bring a towel for the shower, or you can pay €2 to rent one. I edited this to correct the towel price.

The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. I'm especially grateful to the employees for helping us deal with a problem involving my friend's electric wheelchair. They were very kind.

The hostel was a little tricky to find, but it's great, and there's a restaurant attached. My room was clean. There wasn't a TV, but there is an elevator. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
