The street noise made it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the rooms are quite basic. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, breakfast was nice, and it wasn't too expensive.

The breakfast buffet was great, and Dina, the attendant, is the sweetest, kindest soul. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, which made the stay really enjoyable. Love this hotel and its great location.

We visited in January and had a great experience. The room was warm, with lovely views, and a nice amount of space even though it wasn't very large. The location is outstanding, inside the old town but away from the crowded center, about a 10-minute walk from the very center. Breakfast wasn't excellent, but it filled us up: different breads, ham, tomatoes, butter, cheese, coffee, capuchino, tea, jam and croissants, etc. Great value for the price. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Toledo.

The old town setting is a real plus, right at the bottom of the hill, and breakfast at 9€ was good value. The room was another story: tired, with no tea or coffee setup and too few sockets. I had to unplug the bedside lamp, whose bulb didn't fit properly, to charge my phone. The shower curtain didn't keep water in; the tray filled up and water spread across the bathroom and into the bedroom. At least there was no carpet. The toilet seat was broken, though they fixed it that day. My request for another pillow went to the wrong room. We could hear neighbouring showers and people coming back late at night. At 210€ a night, it really wasn't good value.
