The drinks were good, but they were so strong that people were throwing up in bins and on the floor, and staff just put a wet floor sign over it instead of cleaning it. Around the pool, the flies were awful, and sunbathing was hardly relaxing when six kept landing on you. The loungers by the main pool bar were cheap, unpadded, and basically unusable. You also had to carry around a plastic nightclub cup to get drinks all day. We found the food average, unless you're not fussy. The rooms were dirty and in bad shape, with bathroom tiles coming off the wall and no hairdryer provided. Renting one cost €20 for the week. Our family interconnecting room had been split into three hostel-style rooms, so we could hear all sorts of noise at any time. When we asked reception to move us, they made us feel like an inconvenience and a snob. We'd just returned from a week all-inclusive. We've stayed in other three-star places, but this was by far the worst, and calling it three stars seems questionable. I won't stay here again. That's not being snobby, it's just been nothing like the other three-star hotels I've visited.

We were told at checkout, after waiting in a long line to return our plastic drink cups for the €4 deposit, “You should have come 10 minutes earlier.” When I brought up the ant infestation and the lack of help, reception replied, “You should have told us,” though we'd reported it the night before. On our second night, October 13th, around midnight, hundreds of ants covered a bed in one of our rooms. The lone night receptionist couldn't seem to understand English or Spanish, so explaining the problem was impossible. I kept asking for clean bedding, and after several tries he eventually gave me sheets and pillows. He sent the night guard to spray ant killer everywhere, then the guard left. The fumes were too strong to sleep in that room, so my sister slept on our sofa bed. The next morning I was told room changes are only made during the day, never at night. That's unacceptable in those circumstances. The resort's in rough shape and badly needs renovation. It advertises horse riding, badminton and squash, but the courts are outside and horse riding doesn't even exist. The route to the beach is a dangerously broken staircase, with missing steps and railings. I read another review saying someone had died there several weeks earlier, and I wouldn't be surprised if that were true. Check-in was painfully slow when we arrived at 9 p.m., and the staff member seemed distracted and uninterested in explaining the facilities. The restaurant was already shut, so we only got basic sandwiches. The bar closes at 11 p.m., unusually early for a resort. The cleaners were rude too. One shouted at us in Spanish just because we were in our room after breakfast. The food was mediocre at best, though I suppose that's somewhat expected at a budget resort. I hadn't expected much, but I still regret booking this so-called all-inclusive. Staff in general seemed disinterested in helping guests. The rooms were tolerable apart from the ants, but the location is inconvenient, far from any real beach, and around €40 each way to Palma. Even at a low price, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It felt poorly managed, with outdated facilities and little concern for guests' satisfaction or safety.

We had a bungalow that worked really well for two people, and everything was fairly nearby. The bar staff were kind and helpful, though the market on site was overpriced. The main pool and bar were really good, and the entertainment was good too. Food was a bit disappointing, but the small cafe up the road was amazing and fairly priced. The resort was quite cheap, so you get what you pay for. A single bus fare to Palma or s'Arenal was around 4-5 euro. I'd give it 3.5/5.

We spent the whole holiday in the hotel area and picked up snacks and bits at the mini markets on site. It was just what we wanted, and we had a great stay with no hotel issues. The rooms are basic, but ours was very clean and had a nice ocean-view balcony. It was right next to the pool and bar, which suited us. Service was brilliant, and the food was good for the price. We were happy with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the drinks were always good. The evening entertainment was fun and lively. It's a long way from other towns and areas, though you can take the bus or ask reception to call a taxi. For a relaxing, chilled all-inclusive holiday with some fun, this place was great. I'd definitely recommend it for that kind of getaway.
