The owners gave us such a warm welcome, and our spacious room had a lovely view. It’s a great place to unwind, with a large, clean pool. We also got useful tips for planning our time in Tolox and the surrounding area. At The African House, we had a delicious dinner chosen to suit our preferences, in a lovely setting with a view, candlelight, and quiet. We’d recommend it to couples or groups of friends wanting to relax and walk in nature.

We held a women’s gathering here, and it was just right for it. The place feels magical, perfect for switching off and enjoying yourself. A group of friends and I spent a weekend here, and the owners were lovely. They shared all kinds of recommendations and were always available if anything came up. The house is charming, beautiful, and has spectacular views. The final stretch of road is in rough shape, but it’s worth the drive and manageable in any car. It was a bit chilly in the house on the first day, but the fireplace and heaters kept us warm even at night, and the duvets were incredibly warm. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. A perfect stay, thank you so much!
