The rooms are really nice and clean, the location is excellent, and the staff are A+. I couldn’t find anything negative about this hostal. I highly recommend it, and wish they were all like this.

Great spot near the shops, church, and restaurants, with a nice inner patio. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and clean. The bed sheets weren’t very clean, though, and I saw a few ants, so I wouldn’t leave food around.

There’s an elevator, which is handy, and the bed is comfortable. There’s no lamp on the bedside table or by the bathroom mirror, and the TV is very small.

The location and cleanliness were good, but the stay was rough for a two-star hostal. The shower screen leaked, sending water all over the bathroom, and there’s nowhere to put your things in there. The room was freezing when we arrived; the manager blamed us for not telling him our arrival time so he could turn the heat on sooner. He initially said guests the week before had booked three days but left on the first day because of the same shower problem. He did offer to refund our last night. The walls are paper-thin and poorly insulated, and at 4:00 AM on Saturday night a car kept honking.
