We booked six nights starting December 26, but when my wife and I arrived, the hotel door was shut. For an hour we tried to reach the administration, with no answer except an answering machine. A resident eventually let us in, and we’re sincerely grateful to them. The room was damp and cold, around 10-13 degrees, with a strong cigarette smell and noise from the neighbors. You could hear everything, even them using the toilet or just moving around. There was no proper heating: only a portable heater in poor condition, and the air conditioning was broken. After many attempts to contact someone, we finally got a reply in the morning saying they couldn’t repair the air conditioner and had no other working one. They also had no portable heater or extra blankets. After that cold night, with the cigarette stench, we contacted Adoga and explained that the hotel didn’t meet what we needed: no heating, smoking in rooms, and no soundproofing. We left that same morning. I’d never book here again. There’s no reception or hotel staff on site, just residents, since check-in is remote, and no one helped us. The hotel information and photos can’t be trusted; they’re misleading.
