The location was perfect for me, just a stone's throw from the garage repairing my car. The staff were sweet, helpful, and understanding, and breakfast was delicious, with a big range of food and fruit. My room was clean, with a luxurious shower and bathroom. I had a lovely stay, and you made my trip a lot better. This hotel deserves another star in my opinion! I'll definitely come back one day. Thank you so much.

We had a great vacation at Hotel El Pozo de la Nieve. The service was five-star, and our room was very clean. If you enjoy amazing food too, I'd recommend this hotel.

For a two-star hotel, it was a pretty good experience. The rooms have a bathroom with warm water, plus free shampoo and gel, and there's free Wi-Fi and a buffet breakfast in the morning. The rooms could honestly have been cleaned better, and the prices were about what you'd expect. A good hotel for a day or two while passing through.

Tordesillas is quite central from here, but our room was cold. The underfloor heating seemed to work only in the bathroom, and the controller had no batteries. We don't speak Spanish, and the girl at reception, who seemed to handle everything else too, didn't speak English. The best we managed was a plug-in fan heater, which just about kept the outside temperature of -3° at bay. The room wasn't very clean either, with a large clump of black hair in the toilet.

The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and very tasteful. Breakfast was tasty, with a big selection of cold cuts and fruit.
