We visited in early May, outside the main season, and the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, with continental options, cooked eggs, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The service was also excellent. The woman, who I assume runs the hotel with her husband, spoke very good English and was helpful with information. Our superior room on the second floor felt far better than a two-star rating suggests. It had classic furnishings and a bathroom jacuzzi, and seemed to have been renovated recently. The bedding was comfortable and the shower had strong pressure, just what we needed after hiking. It's a little basic in places, with no slippers and a small TV, but the hotel has a fireplace in the lobby, parking out front, and a great view of Monte Perdido.

The hotel has a special atmosphere, and the staff were so friendly. Our room was spacious, very clean, air-conditioned, and decorated in a lovely classic style. Parking is on site, and the location is right by the trail entrance and close to the bus stop. We tried both dinner and breakfast, choosing them when we arrived, and really enjoyed the food. Thanks for the hospitality, from guests from Poland. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel is an older mountain village inn, so it's best to keep that in mind. When it's hot, other guests sometimes leave windows and balcony doors open and flies get in. No need to panic, just get a flyswatter downstairs or use your shoe, then shut the doors and windows. There's a shuttle bus to the national park within walking distance, and free parking in front when spaces are available. Ana and the gentleman who might be her husband gave us amazing service, and the dinner was some of the best food I had in Spain. I'd happily stay again.

We had a really good superior room for our two-night stay. The hotel owners were a lovely couple and could speak English. They also gave us useful details about the bus schedule, when to set off on the trail, and a vegan restaurant.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Parking right in front was convenient, and the bus up to the Ordesa valley stops very close by. We had to leave a day early because I got sick, but the manager kindly didn't charge us for the second night 🥲 I'd definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
