I booked a weekend stay during a snow alert and called the hotel, but nobody answers in the afternoons. After the warning, I canceled, yet they still charged me for the room and didn't offer to move the dates. They said travel was advisable against, not prohibited. I lost my vacation days because they didn't pay attention to the situation. The service was terrible. I'll never return, and I'll tell everyone. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The room and the location were good points. The hotel itself is simple, but it meets expectations. They should improve check-in: we spent quite a while waiting outside for someone to open the door, and December temperatures in Toro can be cold. A unique code included with the booking could let guests get in without waiting outside. It would also help to have a way to adjust the heating.

There’s a café on site where you can get a continental breakfast. It’s a simple hotel with no frills, but it does the job. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the full bathroom and heating were good. The mattress was too soft and needs replacing, and the nearby bell tower was a bit of a nuisance. Those are why I’m not giving it five stars.
