Hotel Las Fuentes

Dogs stay free, which matters a lot to us. The town is quiet, close to Segovia, and has some good restaurants. The receptionist was friendly, and the rooms had air conditioning, large bathrooms, and firm but comfortable beds. They’re spacious and reasonably clean, with simple, tasteful rustic decor. A good option.

We slept really well in the huge, comfortable room. The hotel manager was so friendly too. Highly recommend it.

The place was spacious and really comfortable, and the cleanliness was perfect. I loved everything. Highly recommended.

The rooms were a mess: sticky floors, unmade beds, smelly towels, cigarette butts on the window sills, and dirt tucked behind the curtains, as if someone swept it there. There was no heating in the bathroom, and we were cold even after asking for the heating to be turned on. They switched it off in the morning and we were freezing again. The staff felt strange and intrusive, and the person in charge kept asking when we’d be back. We had booked a balcony room, but got only windows, and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom despite the booking listing one. The hotel itself is large and spacious, but that didn’t make up for the rest. A very bad stay. I don’t recommend it and wouldn’t return even for free. I’d have been better off staying home.
