Hotel Loob

I’m completely disappointed. Around 2:30 in the morning, staff woke us twice, first through the monitor screen and then with a phone call, asking us to show our passports and ID cards again because registration supposedly wasn’t complete. That made no sense: we’d checked in that morning, gone in and out twice, and had our names checked each time without any issue. The call was rude and upsetting, and we couldn’t get back to sleep. The worker didn’t even apologize and acted as if calling us then was normal. The next morning I called reception to make a complaint, but the woman didn’t speak English and hung up on me without saying anything. I can’t believe there was only one person at the hotel who could speak English and help us. When we filled out the complaint form, the receptionist, who I think was the same woman who called at 2:30, gave us a pencil that didn’t work. The replacement didn’t work either. We eventually managed to write the complaint, but they kept the form and didn’t give us a copy. That receptionist was impolite too. I can’t understand how those two workers could be so rude and disrespectful, or how they could be hired at a hotel when they don’t speak English. We paid for this stay, and I hope I can reach the manager to explain what happened. It just wasn’t fair.
