This is a private property in a residential area, with a remarkable history as the first hotel on the Costa del Sol. The location and views are among the best on the coast. Owners keep improving the facilities, and some rent their homes under license. The panoramic lift gives owners and their guests direct access to the beach, alongside a magnificent pool and a distinctive solarium.

This private beachfront apartment community has modern architecture built into the cliff, with large terraces, communal areas and a pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Access is limited to residents. The site began as a coastal fortress in 1763, built on Punta de Torremolinos to protect the Bay of Málaga from Barbary pirates. In 1898, it passed to the British Sir George Langworthy and his wife Anne Margaret Roe, who turned it into an elegant home with gardens and viewpoints over La Carihuela and El Bajondillo.
