Espectacular bajo con jardín en 1ª línea de playa

The residence is beautifully set and well located, but the apartment badly needs renovation. When we got the keys, there was no inventory or check-in inspection, even though we had specifically asked for one. That would have helped establish the property’s condition. The online photos didn’t match what we found. The furnishings and equipment were outdated and poorly maintained. The sofa was damaged, the floors were dirty on arrival, and dust had collected on the AC vents and ceiling mouldings. There were no wardrobe shelves for clothes, and no fresh linen during our 40-day stay, despite our asking about it before signing. That seems unsuitable for a long-term rental. Several fittings were faulty too: the toilet flush plate and shower thermostat control were missing, both hallway lights were out, and the AC was extremely loud. After many follow-ups, someone from the agency finally came 20 days later. They fixed a few things, including the AC, which clearly hadn’t been maintained and was lacking water. We saw in older reviews that these problems had been reported for more than two years. The agency keeps saying it will take action, but the same issues remain. The agency’s lack of response was particularly disappointing.
