The apartment is well equipped and has everything for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a very convenient spot, near Mercadona, the commuter train station and the bus station, with heating throughout. The price felt fair for the quality. The owner and receptionist were both friendly. We arrived after midnight, and they welcomed us warmly despite the late hour. I’d read on Booking.com that arriving outside check-in hours meant an extra charge, and the amount seemed reasonable.

We stayed in apartment 1 for a holiday and liked the decor. Its terrace looks over the center of Torremolinos, and everything is close: the beach is a 10-minute walk, and the elevator is five minutes away. Parking is tricky in the centre, although there’s a costly public garage in the same building. Flor, who handed us the keys, was very nice, and Rosa helped us find our way to the apartment.

I wasn’t happy with the hotel. It was warm, and while decor comes down to personal taste, the cleanliness wasn’t good enough. Getting in was difficult, and there was no place to park. The extra fee for checking in after 8 p.m. was absurd. We paid 37 euros for just four hours.

The location was the main plus, but parking nearby wasn’t clear, the directions and building entrances were confusing, and it was hard to communicate with staff. Cleanliness was poor, and the bedding smelled stale, which is unacceptable. One bed was damaged, so I had to be careful while sleeping. For €70 a night, I expected at least clean bedding and beds that worked. The property charges €10 for every hour of check-in after 9 PM. I can understand the idea, but from staying with other hosts, I know there are better ways to handle late arrivals without such high extra costs. I definitely don’t recommend it.
