N-CH

The hotel is surrounded by noisy bars that stay open until midnight, so the location wasn't good for a quiet night's sleep. Inside the room, the bed was damaged and the bath and shower were stained and damaged. I asked to change rooms, but the request was declined. I paid €60 a night for a 13-night stay, and the experience fell short of expectations. After sleeping in that uncomfortable bed, I've developed a backache.

The location is very good, but I had a bad feeling as soon as I arrived. Opening the room, I found a full bin that had been left behind, and two towels were missing. The bedside light didn't work, and the blanket had cigarette holes. There was no fridge or coffee machine, and the room smelled old. It was also a bit noisy because of the taverna opposite. I don't recommend this hotel.

The location is great and the price is good value. The room did need some repairs, though. There were cracks, and the towel holder simply fell off the wall.

There are plenty of food and drink places nearby, and reception offers luggage storage. The hotel has no ground-floor rooms, but there is both a lift and stairs. The service was excellent, and the location even better, with a Cercanías train station only a few minutes away.
