The place was filthy and the host’s handling of it was awful. We found a dead cockroach in the sink when we arrived and another one alive the following night. We reported them several times and got no answer. The host now claims we never raised it, but we have screenshots of those messages. The pillows were yellow inside, and even our simple request for a bottle opener was ignored. Getting into the apartment was a mess too: they had never sent the access code. When we called, the man who answered was rude and spoke to us as if we were stupid, though the information had never been sent. We also got no reply when we asked about a late checkout. Communication was nonexistent, and the host refused our request for a partial refund for the cockroaches and lack of help. Then the host accused us of leaving the place in bad condition to keep part of our deposit. Total scam. I would not recommend staying here.

Dealing with this agency was a bad experience. It charged a high commission to manage a tourist apartment in Torremolinos without adding value, and its bills to the apartment owner were confusing. When I asked questions about the charges, the owner got upset and kept saying he was busy maximizing my property’s revenue. That claim didn’t match what happened: I was never given pricing recommendations for low season. I was the one suggesting prices. Terrible customer service.

The host called, and the key was there ten minutes later. The apartment itself was amazing, with everything you’d expect from a rental and more. Street parking was difficult, but the small underground car park a few yards away was ideal. It cost 25 euros for two nights and felt safe and secure. It was about a ten-minute walk to the precinct, the train, shops and other places. Couldn’t have been better.
