I’d just arrived when I found my case had been left behind at the airport by mistake. The amazing reception staff helped me get in touch with Art Lingus to try to locate it. The view was nice, and we enjoyed the beach next to the hotel. The entertainment facilities also had some good options, but a different company managed them, with no coordination with the hotel management. The rooms were a disaster. The furniture wouldn’t suit even a one-star hotel, and you could easily hear the neighbors. There were ants in our room, but when we asked to change rooms, they refused and said they’d deal with it. The hotel entrance is next to an Irish pub, with very loud, drunk people not far from the door.

The staff made my first solo trip feel special, from reception to the bar and dining room. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and I felt at ease. Thank you, I’d definitely return and recommend the hotel. My room was basic but clean and had all the amenities I needed. There was also a lovely touch at check-in, chocolate and wine since I arrived on Valentine’s night. The dining area was clean and lovely, with a good range of food and a beautiful sea view.

The friendly staff were a real part of the value here, especially Director of First Impression Franko and spinning training master Raul. We’ll definitely come back for them and the view. The hotel has a great location and an amazing view of the sea. Parking was great, and the pool area was cool, especially at the end of April when the sun warmed it up. I enjoyed watching the outdoor area being cleaned every morning, and it seemed like the staff cared about it a lot. The rooms that haven’t been renovated are a bit too old. Breakfast was okay, while dinner was average.
