The full renovation is easy to see, and the hotel feels spacious. There are plenty of little areas to spread out in, so even though it's a big place, it doesn't feel like everyone's packed together. Great location, and you can also use the facilities at the nearby sister hotels.

We paid extra for a sea-view room, and the view was very good, but other guests smoking meant we rarely sat outside. We'd end up back in the room with the doors closed, so that part of the upgrade felt like wasted money. I understand the hotel allows some rooms for smokers, but I think it could plan things better than mixing everyone together. I raised it with a manager and was offered another room, though they couldn't say which rooms had smokers, so it would have been a lottery and might have been worse. I mention it because other guests may want to know beforehand. Apart from that, our 10-night bed-and-breakfast stay was almost perfect. This was our first time here, though we'd stayed at several nearby hotels. It's part of a complex with two other hotels, and guests can use each other's facilities. The hotel is well presented and very clean, our room was serviced daily, breakfast had a decent selection, and the pool areas were very nice.

Dinner at the buffet was the weak point for me. The food looked very dry, though I liked the desserts. Everything else was lovely: friendly, helpful staff, beautiful rooms with a big bed, a great bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the sea. The outdoor pools were well kept, while the indoor pool's tiles could use some work. The facilities were fantastic overall. Parking costs extra on top of the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind, and the gym was decent and open around the clock. Outdoor pools sit right by the beachfront, and there's a heated indoor pool in winter. Food at all three meals was plentiful, with plenty of variety for different tastes. Chefs cooked meat or fish to order at live stations, and made eggs in the morning. My recently renovated room was spacious and very clean, with a great bathroom and a large balcony. It's a huge resort with lots of roomy, well-kept shared spaces. There's a central bar with live shows every evening, along with scheduled activities through the day.
