The views are stunning, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The food was delicious too, but the guest service fell short of what I expected from a 5-star place. We were told on the website that yoga was available daily, but it turns out it's only offered on weekends. Since the hotel is remote, you're limited to its restaurant, where service was poor and unpleasant. They also wouldn't let us sit at empty tables to order bar or room service, even though we just wanted something to eat or drink, because outside restaurant guests might arrive later and want to sit outside. Guests staying at the hotel should feel like a priority, not an inconvenience.

They cancelled our reservation without telling us and didn't refund us. It ruined my 40th birthday, and I'm deeply disappointed. The concierge didn't even apologize. I only got a sorry after asking to speak to management, but they said they couldn't process the refund, even though they couldn't offer me a room. I'm very disappointed that Michelin included a place with this level of error and such poor service as a two-key location in its guide.

We had a fantastic two-night stay in mid-December 2025. The hotel was very warm, the staff were helpful, and the food was excellent. The spa was a lovely place to relax, with a very good gym and indoor pool. If you're in the Girona (Costa Brava, Spain) area, this is a great place to stay. We'll definitely come back to the Mas de Torrent.

I booked a solo stay for my annual trip before my birthday, and arriving to a beautifully decorated room with a few surprises was so sweet. The hotel, amenities, and staff all made the stay lovely. The spa was great, and I'd recommend taking advantage of the bicycles: there are lots of green fields to explore and cozy nearby towns like Pals. I'd definitely come back! 🤍

A great place to slow down, enjoy nature, or just sit with a glass of wine and tapas and take in the peaceful views. The setting is beautiful, calm, and elegant, with wonderful staff who were always attentive and helpful. We loved the food and the spa, especially the excellent massage. We also rented bikes and followed a route the staff recommended into town, which was a great experience. There's a vineyard nearby too, and it's well worth a visit.
