We booked the spa for just the two of us, which I think is the only way to book it, and had a very comfortable time. It's a nice place, though small, with a jacuzzi, sauna, thermal bath, a couple of hot and cold showers, a lavender shower, and heated loungers. The massage was a letdown. The guy was friendly, but for the Deluxe massage he only worked on my back and the backs of my legs. I book this kind of package quite often, and this was the first time they didn't even turn me over for a Deluxe or full massage. I didn't like it, and it really spoiled the experience.

The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was continental and served at the table. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed.

The masseuse was great, and the spa was wonderful. Everything was perfect. We'll be back!

The room was clean, with lighting and music that made it easy to switch off and relax. My partner and I went for a relaxing massage and came away delighted. José Ángel took care of us. He's charming and very polite, and has wonderful hands. The massage felt lovely, with different pressures and an enveloping touch. Highly recommended. We'll return.

We used a Ruralka card someone had given us, and were told the cold, very dark room with the small bed was what they offered for package or card bookings. They gave us a heater for the bathroom, but we had a spa session and showered there instead. The spa was quite nice, and breakfast was good. We won't be back. My in-laws and daughter had another card, and we told them not to go there.
