I really enjoyed staying in this self-contained apartment. It’s centrally located, right by the beach and close to lots of shops.

One minute on foot from the beach, with supermarkets and all the other amenities nearby. Excellent apartment and a fabulous location.

It’s well suited to a winter stay, and being near the beach, most shops, restaurants and cafés made things especially pleasant. We had a two-room apartment above Malpa Inmobiliaria in Torre del Mar, facing Av. America and the beach promenade. Sun reached it from about 3 pm CET until sunset. The furnishings and space were fine for two people, though I wouldn’t recommend it for more. The building has eight floors, with 16 apartments on each, mostly rented as holiday homes.

The owner is lovely, and the atmosphere is great. It’s ideal for couples and close to the beach. Finding a parking spot in August is difficult, though. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The apartment was very good overall, with air conditioning and fans. The sofa bed was okay. There’s no oven.
