We didn’t feel welcome as visitors from abroad. When I asked for a menu, the bartender slammed it down on the counter. I asked about one of the dishes and he just gestured toward the entrance, as if he wanted us gone. Wouldn’t recommend it. A zero out of ten experience.

The food was really good, and even the water tasted sweet. A young chef who spoke English was helpful after they changed my room. Still, the whole day left me disappointed. I waited 45 minutes to check in, which I can understand if it was lunchtime. They couldn’t speak English, but I’m in Spain, so it’s fair enough that I should know Spanish. When I got to the room, it looked like someone had already used it, and they had. I didn’t have a reservation, so I understand, but it all happened in one day. I just wish the hotel would make a few small changes for customers 😁

We stayed here while walking the route. The owners were lovely, the food was delicious, and the rooms were so comfy. 😍

At the restaurant, the staff made us feel like serving us was a bother. The waits were long because the waiter kept chatting with people at the bar, and they made no effort to speak English. I wouldn’t go back.

A warm welcome, lovely atmosphere, and delicious menu del dia while walking the Camino 🤍. There’s a choice of 14 or 20 euros. I had the 14 euro menu.
