The pool was fantastic, breakfast was superb, and our room was spotless and very well kept. We’re from New Zealand and this was our second stay at Escuela La Crujia, for about two weeks each time. Koen and Liesbeth made us feel so welcome, and we loved meeting their family, friends, and lovely dogs. It was close to everything we needed, and we’d happily recommend staying here again.

The setting is beautiful and worked perfectly for relaxing as well as visiting Malaga and the nearby towns. Liesbeth suggested some lovely routes and restaurants, too. We stayed for five days and couldn’t be happier with our choice. She and Koen made communication easy and were more helpful than we needed. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived by taxi late at night, and Liesbeth stayed up until we got to our room, number 3. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh fruit, coffee, bread, cheese, ham, and delicious homemade jams each day. We’ll come back when we’re near Malaga again.

The property’s like a green paradise, and it has a pool too. Liesbeth is really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Such a beautiful place. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area and can recommend it.

We had a fantastic few days here. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and so well maintained, and the hosting was lovely. We stayed for 4 nights in September 2025 and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

The owners are super nice, and their local knowledge is a real bonus. They even have the cutest little dog. The rooms are nice, breakfast is delicious, and the grounds feel like a park, with a swimming pool. Having hosts like them made our stay special, and I can’t praise them highly enough.
