Getting into the flat was a real hassle. The door app failed, and some of our group waited an hour before we could get inside. There were six of us, but we ended up with only one key, and the host wasn't very helpful with these problems. The apartment itself is spacious, attractive, and well placed for seeing the city. We also had to buy toilet paper, kitchen roll, and bath gel because none had been provided, even after we asked. We had to request basic items like blankets and a hairdryer too.

The staff were easy to reach and helpful every day, at any hour. The place itself is great, and the saline makes up for the truly tiny bedrooms. There’s an iron, but no ordinary kettle, so we had to heat water in a pot.

The key app worked just fine. The apartment was comfortable, in good shape, and in a great spot. Getting clear communication from the host was a little difficult, and the email about paying the fees had some problems.
