Marques de Valdeolivo

Casa Rural Marqués de Valdeolivo is a warm, welcoming place for a group, with lots of rooms and full bathrooms on every floor. It has fireplaces and central heating, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The spacious garden has lovely mountain views, and there's an outdoor barbecue beside it that we'd recommend using. Wi-Fi, a television, linens, towels, kitchenware, and everything else we needed were there. The house was impeccably clean, and our stay was truly rewarding.

What made the biggest impression was how kind the hosts were. They're truly extraordinary people. The house itself is spectacular, a 10 out of 10: spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds, and kitchenware so clean it looked brand new. The fireplaces were stocked with firewood. We loved the views, outdoor area, and barbecue, but it was too cold to enjoy them. We'll be back.

There were only four of us, but the house could easily suit 6-8 adults or even more. The village is beautiful and peaceful. It's a renovated old farmhouse, with all the comforts you could want, from the kitchen and dining room to the living room with wood burning stoves. Outside, there are patios, a small garden, and a barbecue. A perfect place.

The house far exceeded what we expected. It's spacious and clean, has all the amenities we needed, and even includes a dryer. There are three bathrooms, a grill outside, and comfortable beds. The woman who welcomed us was lovely and gave us a really engaging account of the house's history. Excellent value for money. Tronchón is a little tucked away, but it's worth the trip. We'll be back.
