The Camino runs right by the house, and it’s a great place to pause for a rest day or settle in for a longer holiday. Bars, restaurants, local sights, a grocery store, and a pharmacy are all a short walk away. The hostess made us feel pampered from the moment she opened the door. There were so many thoughtful extras: soft sofas with pillows and throws, plenty of hot water and large towels, candles and maps, plus a lovely back garden with comfortable places to sit. The fridge already had juice, yogurt, different kinds of milk, ham, and cheese. There was also a big basket of fresh fruit and loads of coffee, tea, cakes, and cereal. Highly recommend!

A beautiful garden and a well-equipped kitchen made this a lovely place to stay on the Camino. The bed was comfortable, and the host was very nice. A very good apartment.

Juana was such a welcoming host, full of helpful information, and even gave us a lift to the bus stop when we left. We really felt at home. The apartment is quiet, bright, roomy, and has everything you might need. The terrace and sunny, secluded garden are a real treat, with a fountain and lovely lighting at night. It sits right on the Camino, just before Tui old town. Of all the private places I’ve stayed on the Camino, this was the best. Don’t miss it if you’re visiting Tui.
