I still have such a wonderful memory of staying here. The room was luxurious, and looking out over the courtyard garden was a delight. I also really enjoyed the museum upstairs, and breakfast was first class. A female staff member realized that El Tranco, where I was heading, was so remote I couldn't get there without a car. She arranged for the hotelier to meet me in a nearby town. I'll always be grateful to her, though unfortunately I can't remember her name.

The location puts you right near all the interesting places, and the building is fabulous. Staying there feels like being a private guest in a museum. Rosa is a fantastic host.

The hotel was so quiet and insulated from the outside world. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the gardens were cared for beautifully. Rosa, the hotel manager, was excellent with her service and helpfulness. A very satisfying stay.

Rosa, the manager, was such a kind and polite lady, and her service deserves a 10/10. The palace is beautiful and preserves its character perfectly. It feels so welcoming that you don't feel like you're in a hotel, but in "your" own palace. A delightful experience. Thank you!

Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was fantastic. Rosa was incredibly attentive. Our spacious room had access to the garden, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The common lounge was stunning, and all the main monuments are just steps away. We'll definitely come back.
