We were four couples, and the house worked perfectly for us. It’s spacious and clean, with three bathrooms and a big living room where we could eat and spend time together. The kitchen has loads of equipment, including a dishwasher and microwave, and there’s a barbecue too. They even gave us charcoal for free. Cleaning supplies were all there, and we brought our own food. It’s a good base for visiting Foz de Lumbiere and Arbayun; Irati Forest is also an option, though it’s almost an hour away.

The village and its people were lovely, and the surrounding area is beautiful. We had a great stay in a fantastic house that was clean and very well equipped, with plenty of room for a large group. Highly recommended!

There’s no cell phone coverage around here, which made getting around as a tourist a real hassle. Wi-Fi would have helped. The house also misses a lot of little things. For the price, I expected more care: there wasn’t even salt, oil, vinegar, or kitchen roll. The only kids’ game was a foosball table, but it was sunken in and they couldn’t reach the ball. It really lacks attention to detail.

The setting is beautiful, but the house itself feels past its best and isn’t cheap. It was dirty, including the oven, and there was hair on the sheets. Flies were everywhere, even on the furniture. Some furniture was damaged, the garden looked neglected, the sofa was very worn, and the foosball table seemed to be there just for decoration. These days, guests should be looked after and made to feel welcome.
