Apartments Serrería II

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's a clear example of how badly Valencia Town Hall's government services can be run. We waited from our 10:45 am appointment until the doctor finally called us at 12:45 pm, turning it into practically an all-day affair. The doctors seem to call people whenever they want, and the whole place feels disorganized. The one good thing was that the facilities seemed clean and empty. Maybe people have stopped coming eventually. Perhaps Valencia's politicians should be assigned to this clinic to get it back on track.

My assigned doctor was extremely rude, unempathetic, and unprofessional. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and it isn't because they're busy. The phones go unanswered, while reception is often empty except for a couple of employees chatting and ignoring them. They'll say the first available slot is far off, but if you insist, suddenly you can see a doctor straight away. On the way to the doctor's room, the building looks empty. Something needs to change here. They should dismiss everyone working there and start over.

The attention and service were impeccable. I really don't understand all the negative reviews.

I work in admissions at another health center, and I was shocked this morning by how some patients treated the reception staff. They were demanding and rude, cut in line, and spoke badly to people who are just following rules outside their control. From what I understand, this happens practically every day. Paying for social security doesn't give anyone the right to treat people badly. Respect comes first. If you don't like how things work or think the staff are your servants, private healthcare is an option. All my support to the reception staff ❤️. To some patients, a little less demanding and a lot more courtesy.
