Bubuflats Mossen

A heavy sewage smell filled the apartment, much stronger than anywhere else we encountered in Valencia. Even with every window and door open around the clock, it was hard to sleep. After a few days in those conditions we got so sick that we had to leave early. There was dust built up over years and lots of bugs, even on the supposedly clean dishes and utensils. When we asked for cleaning to help with these problems, the host refused. She also denied anything was wrong with the unit and wouldn't refund even the unused nights. After we left, she claimed we'd failed to leave the keys where required and said we would owe hundreds for changing the lock. It's advertised as a hotel, but it's one apartment with no room service, more like an Airbnb.
