The hotel is really pretty, and its design was the main reason I chose it. Paco and Llorena were kind, and Paco suggested a place for dinner. But with our seven-month-old baby, the rest of the stay was hard. We arrived to learn the heating wasn't working. When I asked when it would be fixed, they said they had no idea. We stayed three nights and it never worked. During some very cold days, with temperatures at 0 degrees outside, the room got so cold that we filled the bathtub with hot water and turned on the hairdryer to warm it a little. We paid full price and received no discount, despite being without heat in the middle of winter. On January 6, a holiday in Valencia, reception closed at 3 pm. We were left without heating and with nobody at reception if we needed anything. That isn't acceptable in a hotel. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much choice, and they had no high chair for our baby. It didn't feel very kid friendly. Such a shame, because the hotel is lovely.

Everything was clean and in good condition, and the hotel is right in the city center. The breakfast was nice, so I'd recommend booking it. The room felt a bit cramped for two, and the bed is pretty small. A cosy little hotel.

We had a lovely stay in this chic hotel with its art deco style. The location is great, and despite being so central it was very quiet, with no trouble from clubs or other noise. Friendly staff, top-notch rooms, and they provide luxury soap if that's your thing. There was one small hiccup after hours: the card they gave us didn't work for check-in, so we had to walk to their sister hotel down the street a few times to get it sorted. Apart from that, it was wonderful.

Loved the vintage look, and both the location and the hotel rooms are quite good. The WiFi was really bad, though, which is why I'm giving the rooms and service four stars. You can't run a hotel in 2025 with internet like that.
