Check-in and the taxi shuttle from the airport were both arranged flawlessly. The house is very central, so Valencia's main attractions are easy to reach. Inside, we found comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a short stay, including a dishwasher. Koen made sure things ran smoothly and even offered to change our towels, although we were only there briefly. I'd highly recommend Casa Cosy and would definitely stay there again when I return to Valencia.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous, and the host was quick to respond and extremely helpful. There was even a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. I'd definitely recommend it!

Koen was a big help with our luggage storage and taxis, and we had everything we needed in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was fabulous. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back.

The owner contacted us on WhatsApp a few days before we arrived, with directions from the airport and check-in details. They were quick to answer our questions and brought fresh towels for each day of our stay. The keys were easy to find, and there were two sets. The rooms were in perfect condition, with no complaints from us. We booked through the website because the deal was much better, and communication was 10/10. I definitely recommend the apartment and will be back soon. Thanks for everything.

A great experience: the place was clean and comfortable, in a perfect location, and the host was helpful, well organized, and easy to reach. Good WiFi, too, plus an option for late arrivals.
