Casual Civilizaciones Valencia

The hotel is right in the center, so we could walk to the main sights and amenities easily. That was especially handy with the children. We were traveling as a family and felt welcome throughout, thanks to the staff’s warm and kind service. The facilities are basic, but clean and practical. It only has one star, yet the family-friendly atmosphere, very fair price, and great location made for a comfortable stay. We’d gladly come back, and would recommend it to families and travelers who care about those things.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Valencia. The rooms are on another level, and everything was excellent.👌🏼

Our stay at Casual de las Civilizaciones was a pleasant one. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom and hot water running all the time. There are lots of bus connections nearby, and the hotel isn’t too far from the center. I’d definitely recommend booking Casual de las Civilizaciones.

We stayed for 7 nights and really appreciated how warmly we were welcomed. There was a personalized note and two small muffins waiting in the room, a lovely touch we hadn’t even had at four-star hotels. The staff were helpful, and the whole establishment, rooms included, was always clean. If reception wasn’t available, a machine outside the hostel helped with check-in and check-out. Our room for two had its own bathroom and plenty of space, a huge bed, desk, chair, and hangers for clothes. The AC was useful on hot days. The only reason I didn’t rate it five stars was that the toilet had neither an extractor nor a window. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. Two supermarkets, Lidl and Consum, takeaways, dine-in places, and bus stops are nearby. The buses can take you to the city center or elsewhere in Valencia. I do recommend staying here if you’re visiting the city.
