🚨 Warning, do not book here. I believe this is a total scam. I booked through a third-party site, but when I reached the address, there was no hotel. The neighboring businesses had never heard of one on that street, and the building looked abandoned. There was no sign, lobby, or staff. The address leads to a run-down apartment building with many abandoned mailboxes left open, and the listed phone number was out of service when I tried it. I also found, after looking further, that the listing photos had been taken from a luxury resort in another country. I was lucky that my booking app refunded me and offered a discount on my next booking so I could quickly find another hotel for the same night. I believe they take your money and then stop responding. If you're unsure, call first and see for yourself. I think the latest reviews are fake, though one earlier review did point out the fraud.

My stay at Ciel Dor Hotel surpassed what I expected. The private rooms were spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the service was impeccable, with staff attentive to details and always willing to help with a smile. Cleanliness, facilities, and services were all top-notch. An exceptional, luxurious, and comfortable hotel experience. Thank you to Ciel Dor Hotel for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel felt calm and relaxing, and breakfast had a good variety. I stayed at Ciel D’or Hotel for a couple of nights and had a very pleasant time overall. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The team was welcoming and available around the clock, and the place felt modern and cozy. It’s close to Bioparc and good value for Valencia. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though there’s no breakfast on site.

The attached photos show police tape at the main and service entrances. The Valencia police have reportedly shut the place down and seized it, and it’s been closed for several days. Yet there are very recent positive reviews praising the accommodation. Amazing.
