Our biggest problem was what happened when we checked out. At exactly noon the door code stopped working, with no grace period, and every luggage locker was already occupied. My Spanish friend had stayed in the same flat several times and had stored bags at Flats For You’s office before, so she called to ask if we could do that again. The staff member kept telling her to use the lockers, despite being told they were full. He eventually said he'd send other storage options, but never did. The places we found ourselves cost quite a bit extra. My friend being Spanish helped, and I wouldn't have wanted to handle this in my holiday Spanish. It put me off the business, and I'd give the experience 2.5 stars if I could. We'd already been disappointed by a wobbly table that made dinner a rollercoaster ride every evening. The neighbours were noisy and screaming, waking me a couple of times on Friday and Saturday night, but I could accept that as part of a holiday destination. The flat itself was clean and had the amenities listed. I went with my Spanish friend partly because she'd had good experiences with this company before, which reassured me.
