RUN from this place. I've rented my whole life, and this has been the worst by far. Most mornings there was no water, with no warning, and the power went out several times. One of the two elevators was always out of order, and with 15 floors, you can imagine the wait. The entry doorbell never worked, so if food or a package was coming, I had to go downstairs, then call because I didn't know when they'd arrive. Someone tried to break into the garage storage unit and forced the door. I reported it, but they did nothing. Luckily, I had nothing stored there because I didn't want to rent the unit in my parking space. The managers ignored my calls, and I was paying €200 or more in electricity for a tiny apartment, which seemed very suspicious. On top of everything, they took months to return my deposit.

Don't rent here. Maintenance in this building is terrible. The elevators break down every month and take 2-3 weeks to get repaired. The intercom has never worked properly in the three years I've lived here. It might work for a couple of days, then breaks again. The gym's air conditioning has been out for over a year. When your fridge burns out, you can wait more than a month for a replacement. Other repairs either never happen or take months. I've been waiting over four months for my front door to be fixed because it won't close properly. I'm glad my lease ends soon and I'm moving out. A lot of people have complained that the owners don't return deposits.

The management was awful. My deposit took six months to come back, they got the calculation wrong, and I had to file a complaint as soon as I moved out. Then, two days before my contract ended, they deactivated my key card while I was in the middle of moving. My van was waiting downstairs, so I had to call and get the card turned back on. The laundry room was filthy and there was never detergent. People kept taking my clothes out of the washer or dryer. My fridge stayed broken for seven months, and only one burner on the stove worked. They wouldn't take responsibility. I'd give it an even lower rating if I could.

A complete disaster. The apartment had no shower screen when I arrived, and they left it that way for two months. On moving day, the sink, shower and toilet were all clogged, and the refrigerator didn't work. They took no responsibility, so I had to fix everything myself. They didn't honor our signed contract, and I had to hire a lawyer. Customer service ignored me for five months. It took five months to get my deposit back, and I'm now filing a complaint with the housing authority.
