I was away from the room when the cleaner went in, even though I hadn't put out a room-cleaning sign. Some clothes then went missing. I've never had this happen anywhere else, and I'm glad I didn't leave anything valuable behind. Reception didn't check the cameras or do anything. Later, they said they'd found my things between the towels, even though they'd been in my bag.

The reception staff were kind, friendly, and professional. The hotel is a fair way from the city center, but the bus stops right outside and the metro is only a two-minute walk away. For the price, it works really well.

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice, though they only spoke Spanish. Outside noise came straight through the walls.

The room was clean, but the walls let through everything, from outside noise to the neighbours upstairs having sex at five in the morning. The staff only speak Spanish. And who decided this place deserved three stars?!

A fridge in the room would have been useful. We had a difficult conversation, but with a little Spanish here and there we got everything sorted.
