The staff made us feel welcome, and they were attentive and ready to help. Our room and bed were very comfortable, and the whole hotel was clean and well looked after. It's in a handy spot near attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would come back.

I stayed here for a lovely birthday trip in December 2024, and I'm happy to have booked the same hotel again for December 2025 with my boyfriend. The location is amazing, and the hotel feels cozy and comfortable. The staff are so friendly. I like it a lot and will book again!

We were staying at sister hotel Oliveira and paid to have breakfast here. On the 29th, we arrived around 9:45, but the first morning was dreadful: no plates or teaspoons, no bacon or mushrooms, and some cereals hadn't been refilled. We stayed about 40 minutes, and plates were the only thing brought out. The customer service was disgraceful. The second breakfast was much better. I had paid for two, but demanded and got a refund for the first one. If you're at Hotel Oliveira or Hotel Cosmo, I'd strongly suggest eating breakfast somewhere else.

The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. It's right in the city center, too. Service was really good, with friendly, attentive staff who thought things through with us. Definitely recommended.

Jessica and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I couldn't praise the service enough, and the special perks were a nice bonus. The location is impeccable, very accessible, and close to quite a few bus stops. Everything was clean, and both the room and bathroom were a good size for what you need. I stayed four nights without any problems and made memories I'll always keep. I love this place and have saved it for the future.
