The location was good, the room spacious, and breakfast fine, though nothing special. But when it was around 35 Celsius outside, the air conditioning broke. I reported it and the receptionist said she’d come fix it, but over the next two hours I went downstairs several times and nothing got sorted. The night shift replacement said nothing could be done and I’d just have to live with it. The next day I had to chase the receptionist to get someone to repair it. The staff seemed unprofessional, uncaring, and untrained for this kind of situation. I gave my organization feedback, since they’d booked rooms here for about 10 colleagues. We won’t use the hotel again.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff have a lot of attitude and are extremely rude, especially the breakfast staff. They made it quite clear they don’t like customers from England. The breakfast seating area is tiny, the food selection is awful, and it doesn’t taste good.

I booked this place for the Valencia Half Marathon. It had basic facilities, but it was friendly and nicely presented. The location was ideal for getting around by tram and metro, and the race start was a short walk up the road.

The location is fantastic, right by metro and bus stops, and there’s a bike sharing point within walking distance. The rooms are simple but clean, and we had a great stay. I’d recommend it if you want good value for your money.
