Open all year, it's the best hotel for relaxing, chilling, watching the sunset, and having dinner with a DJ. All the staff are amazing, professional, and friendly.

The location was our favorite part of Marittimo Apartments. We could stroll through charming El Cabanyal and reach the wide, sandy beach in 5-7 minutes. The water was beautiful and clean, sometimes calm and sometimes a little choppy. There are restaurants, bars, and clubs in both directions along the beach, and plenty more nearby in the neighborhood, including cafes, markets, bakeries, and laundromats. Many restaurants stay open late on weekdays. Our apartment was secure, stylish, and clean. It had kitchen supplies, so we could cook some meals, though we had to buy basics like oil, salt, and pepper. The host was excellent, quick to answer questions and suggest restaurants and places to go dancing. A Metrovalencia stop is about a 10-15 minute walk away, which worked well for trips to the city center and the airport. We spent our 10 day visit without needing a cab or Uber. I'd highly recommend Marittimo Apartments to anyone visiting Valencia!

I couldn't make it to Valencia during my visit because of some travel problems, but the host helped me sort things out. He was easy to reach and gave great customer service. I hope I can visit next time I'm in Spain.

I love the neighborhood and this place. The apartments are bright, roomy, and modern, and Sandro is a wonderful host. Make sure you try the Piedmonte restaurant on the corner!
