It's a spacious, clean apartment in a good location, and the kitchen is well equipped. But the bathroom drain smelled awful, and the odor spread through the air conditioning into the bedroom. Street noise was the other big problem, since the windows faced directly onto the main road. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

We were on the ground floor, with no privacy or view. The neighboring unit shared our patio, separated only by a see-through lattice, and the doors and windows faced each other so you could look straight inside. Cooking smells from other units came through what seemed to be a shared air system, and our clothes ended up smelling like fried grease. Appliances were loud too, especially the water heater and fridge compressor at night. Sometimes the hot water ran out after a single shower. The location was great and close to the train station. The kitchen had plenty of cooking gear and dishes, though we didn't use them. The washing machine and drying rack were handy.

It's hard to believe this kind of place exists, but it does. The rooms were as clean as they could be, the digital service was excellent, and Rusafa is the best location in Valencia. First time I've given anything all stars. :)

I had a great time here with my family. The apartment was spacious and very clean, on the first floor above ground, with two balconies. One faced a noisy but enchanting street, while the bedroom balcony was quiet and restful for sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped for when your kid suddenly wants something to eat, though I'd explore the neighborhood, too. Cafes, bistros, and cool coffee spots are 2-5 minutes away, and transport is easy with metro and bus nearby. Another nice extra, LOCK and ENJOY storage is just a block away for leaving luggage safely if you have a late flight.
