Moratin

We had to move somewhere else because the dark room, the humidity and the summer heat made us feel physically ill. It was hard to breathe and sleep. The location is the only good thing about this place. Someone was sleeping in the shared bathroom, and the whole floor smelled like poop.

The place is very basic, but it's cheap, well located, and we had no problems. Don't come expecting anything fancy and you'll be fine. They cleaned the room once a day and replaced the towels. I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Valencia. One thing to know: our room didn't have a toilet in it. Maybe some rooms do, I'm not sure, but ours was just a few steps away outside the apartment, so it wasn't much of an issue.

My friend and I used this as a base for the beach, a night out and exploring the city, and it worked well. The location was excellent, and we shared a toilet with other guests we never actually saw. The bathroom ventilation wasn't great, and how warm the room got depended on the weather. We ran the fan and left the window open all night, and it wasn't humid or too hot while we slept. I'd come back, though I didn't feel it was the safest setup, since someone comes into the room to make the bed while you're out. I think that's mentioned when booking. We had nothing go missing, but we also didn't leave valuables there. For a last-minute getaway with friends, I'd give it 9/10. Happy to answer questions 😊

The location is excellent, right in the centre, and there's a nice coffee shop downstairs with French pastries. The view from the window was the small downside, there wasn't anything interesting to look at. For the price, our room for three was good: clean and cosy, with natural-fibre bed linen that I slept well on. There was a shower and washbasin in the room, while the toilet was in the shared corridor.
