I’m in the UK, and knowing my family were safe and happy there has helped me relax while they wait to fly home. The staff have kept in constant contact and have been outstanding. Maria has been a godsend, and the staff even arranged a taxi to the airport to take away some of the stress. I’m so pleased I chose this place when my family urgently needed accommodation. They went above and beyond, and I’m sure anyone staying here would be very lucky and highly satisfied.

It was calm, and the hotel was spotless, the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. They also left complimentary treats, including coffee, croissants, cupcakes, cola and juice. We had a good stay.

The shared pool with the building next door is awesome, and the common area has coffee, a microwave and a fridge. This is a small, clean, modern hotel with very friendly service. Our room was comfortable, the WiFi was fast and the air conditioning worked excellently. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the center, or 10-15 minutes to Arts and Sciences. I love this place.

The communal area was great, with coffee, tea, biscuits, bottled water and a fridge. It was kept tidy and cleaned each day, and our room and bathroom were clean too. The room wasn’t especially spacious, but it was fine, and the AC worked well. One annoyance was the noise through the thin walls. The keypad door also had to be slammed shut when leaving. To get in, you need a code, so make sure you have it before arrival. We rang the buzzer, then emailed and WhatsApped, and only got the code after that. Getting there from the airport is easy: take lines 3 or 5 to Alameda, then walk through the park for about 25 minutes. A couple of bus stops are nearby, with Gulliver Park the closest. Breakfast comes via vouchers for a cafe around the corner. The service there was really nice, but the choices could be better. You get coffee, juice, either a plain or chocolate croissant, and either a ham and cheese sandwich, a ham and cheese croissant, or an egg. There’s no sandwich with salad or bagel included.
