The pipes make a bit of noise, but the apartment's nice and the location is great.

The location itself isn't bad, and neither is the small apartment, but the service was really disappointing. We tried contacting the property several times and never got a reply, so I can't recommend it. You can find better elsewhere. Check-in was a mess because the directions were so unclear. Once we got there, the B&B asked us to log in to its website to countersign a privacy policy and agree to a €200 deposit, supposedly returned if the apartment was in good condition. They also wanted €2 a day for insurance. The place was bare, without basics like toilet paper, water beyond the one bottle usually provided at a B&B, oil, salt, pepper, or napkins. WiFi didn't work at all in the bedroom and barely worked in the kitchen. The TV worked, but only showed a few Italian and Spanish-speaking channels.

The apartment was poorly kept, even though the location is excellent. It smelled of sewer, and the ground-floor French windows opened onto the street. Renovation work went on all day, with deafening noise.
