Premium Apartaments

The apartments are fairly new and built for people with accessibility problems, but the build quality is poor and they don't seem to be maintained. Mouse droppings were everywhere, and electronic fixtures were coming out of the walls and ceiling. Even the lights gave me a disco effect after I switched them off. The place is dirty and poorly built. I guess you get what you pay for.

The owners don't look after the property, and the advertised work area and relaxation area aren't really there. There was a constant unpleasant smell from the ventilation. The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived; we wrote several letters over a month, but no one fixed it for eight months. Summer was unbearably hot, and in winter the apartment was 15 degrees Celsius. Worst living experience ever.

The apartment is quite large, and the location is handy, quiet, and close to shops and transport. It’s accessible around the clock and comes with towels, sheets, and shower gel, so for one night it worked well for the three of us. I paid 21 euros per night. There’s a smell in the street, though. The place is designed for people with reduced mobility, but reception was difficult because you don’t speak proper Spanish and the person I spoke with made no effort. Maintenance is poor in both the building and the apartments: holes in the walls, unsealed sockets, stained carpets, a leaking toilet, shower seals that need replacing, and superficial cleaning.

The photos gave the impression of a new, clean, lovely apartment, but what we found was worn furniture and a VERY, VERY DIRTY place. We had two children with us, and there was dust everywhere, along with dirty towels and wet towels. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Such a disappointment.
