The breakfasts were a real plus, especially with gluten and dairy allergy options, and the 7-11am hours meant we didn't have to hurry the kids. We also liked the nearby restaurants and the location for getting into the city. Getting to the beach was a bit awkward, though evening walks around the science center were lovely. Our quad room was clean, and the towels and bedding felt soft and comfortable. But it was by the first-floor stairwell, and the noise was rough: the kids struggled to sleep in the evenings, and we could hear tables and chairs scraping above or below all night. The balcony was noisy too. There wasn't storage for a family of four, so our clothes stayed in backpacks. The mini fridge was useful but dirty, and the bathroom was so small that opening and closing the door was difficult. The fridge and table were the exceptions to an otherwise comfortable room. We'd stay again if we could avoid a street-side room and the price were lower.

The reception team made our stay especially pleasant. They spoke good English and helped with everything from restaurant tips to bike rental. We used the bike shop across the road and had a great time exploring Valencia that way. It's also about seven minutes to Oceanografic, and the old city is around a half-hour walk. Transport links are good too. We were there for seven nights. The rooms were clean, the location was good, and breakfast, which we booked, was very good. The hotel's linked restaurant serves dinner, but the menu is limited and the food was so-so. I'd suggest trying the grilled salmon. For other meals, we searched Google for places rated at least 4.9 and found a family-run Italian restaurant on a small street about a 35-minute walk away. We'd already explored Valencia and may come back to use the hotel for day trips outside the city. Thanks to the reception staff for making the stay nicer.

It's a convenient spot, close to Oceanographic and other places of interest, and the rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. They also left a bottle of water and welcome drinks. But the restaurant, ElBar, is right below the rooms. It shuts at midnight and opens again at 7 AM, and every chair or table being moved carries through. The noise kept waking me and made it hard to sleep. I definitely won't choose this place on my next trip to Valencia.

Mr. Pablo was especially kind. He helped me book events and find good nearby restaurants, and treated me like a brother. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. I stayed just one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the TV included YouTube Premium, Netflix, and Disney. Best hotel in Valencia.
