We didn't sleep well because the temperatures were so uneven: the upstairs group found it too hot, while downstairs it was too cold. The loft area was especially hot and the kitchen area cold. Otherwise, it was tidy and clean, the appliances worked, and the apartment was quiet. There were some great places to eat nearby. I would have rated it higher if we'd slept better.

My reservation was cancelled because of COVID-19, but four months later I still hadn't received the €600 refund. Royal Decree-Law 11/2020 of March 31st says they are legally required to refund the money when requested. They won't even answer the phone. The service has been appalling, and I don't trust this apartment. I'm going to take legal action to recover what I'm owed.

The building was in very poor shape inside, and the photos on the website didn't show what it was really like. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and narrow stairs. The elevator was so tiny that luggage and people couldn't fit in together. In the loft, the bed was on the floor and a curtain served as the door.

It’s been renovated, but it still feels old.
