Our stay was fine, and the apartment was clean with good equipment for both the kitchen and the beds. One thing to sort out: please explain the garbage rules to whoever handles check-in. We were told to put all the rubbish together in the green bin outside instead of separating the materials, but that isn’t correct.

We’re very unhappy with this stay and wouldn’t recommend booking here. Before we booked, Total Valencia got in touch with us and steered us into paying more for a different apartment. When we arrived, the facilities we’d paid extra for weren’t there. We’ve tried to contact them since, but they’ve completely ignored us. We feel we were lied to and then left without a response. There are much better places to stay in Valencia.

The flat was lovely, and we had a great stay. The location was really good, too. Staff communicated well, and I was especially glad they let us check in early. We’d love to come back sometime.

They gave us a different apartment from the one we’d asked for, then completely ignored us when we contacted them about it. The customer service and the stay were both awful. This was the worst accommodation experience we’ve had, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartment, Cathedral, was lovely and very clean. Check-in was friendly, and the staff were helpful. I’d recommend it.
