The website photos were far from what we found, and calling this place luxury is a stretch. The building may have had past glory, but the stairway smelled of sewage. The living and kitchen area on the second floor is large, with one major, one medium, two small, and one very small bedroom. There are two bathrooms, each about 4 square meters, crammed with a shower, sink, and toilet. There are no hooks for clothes or space for shower items, which was really hard with seven people. At first the apartment seemed fairly clean, but moving the beds together revealed clouds of dust and hair everywhere. It didn’t feel like a one-off missed cleaning. The bathrooms were covered in mold, and there were water leak stains above the fridge in the kitchen, suggesting a real structural issue. The living room couch had a stained cover and was worn through. We didn’t dare sit on it or look underneath. A street-facing window was broken and patched with tape. Other tenants or tourists in the building were noisy, shouting in the middle of the night. It’s a shame they can keep operating while advertising luxury, which this is nowhere near.

We had a great week here. It’s right in the centre, with everything we needed within walking distance, and the rooms matched their descriptions. One room did get a bit hot, even with fans. The owners were nice: when we texted that an AC unit wasn’t working, they replaced it the next day. We also lost a key, but after we explained, they said it wasn’t a problem. Overall, a great place with good service.

The hosts were easy to reach on WhatsApp, and their response when an AC unit failed was fantastic. We contacted them on arrival, and they replaced it with a brand new one by the next day. The apartment was clean, well maintained, spacious, modern, and easy to access. It felt luxurious, and the AC was great during the hot days. We stayed July 7th to 14th and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, with everything close by. La Terrazza, a lovely restaurant right under the apartment, was convenient and had great food. Everything was very well arranged. Highly recommended!

Spacious, tidy apartment with good amenities and service, very close to the centre of Valencia. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning and a sort of handle, and someone was sent to fix them as soon as possible.
