The flat gave five of us plenty of room. The sofa bed was comfortable, and having it in a living room with a door gave us some privacy. We watched a lovely sunset from the balcony off one of the bedrooms. Showers were hot and powerful, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Reception could also provide extra toilet paper, and you can choose how often you want the cleaners to come. It was easy to park in the underground garage. The reception team were friendly, upbeat, and full of suggestions for places to visit. They helped us rent bikes, which we enjoyed riding along Turia and into town. The bridge and the arts and sciences building were a short walk or ride away, with lots of bars on the same road and an amazing paella restaurant next door. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Our two-bedroom apartment was comfortable, with a good sofa bed, nice towels and linen, and a roomy bathroom with soaps and other supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with salt, oil, coffee, tea, and sugar. The shower head needs replacing, though, since water pours out the side. They honored my request for a room away from the street, and we faced the park at the back. Unfortunately, the room was next to the lift shaft, so there was noise from that. It's close to the art and science area and Roig arena.

Our booking was canceled just one day before we were due to arrive, and they blamed booking. When I contacted booking, they told me the opposite. Such a shame, especially on a busy weekend when we had to find a last-minute place and ended up paying a lot for hotels. I wouldn't recommend this if you need to be sure you'll have somewhere to stay in Valencia.

The apartment-style suites and convenient location make ValenciaFlats a great choice for families exploring Valencia. The staff were very helpful and personable, especially Javier, the overnight concierge. We're grateful for his friendly recommendations, which led us to the best paella of our family trip. The other staff also helped us look for authentic paella and figure out the best ways to get around.
